The house is located on Lake Muskoka, the state of Ontario, Canada; was called Muskoka Boathouse. It is a renovated boat of 600 square feet. Architect Christopher Simmonds managed to give the house a very modern look: under the stairs there is the dock, and everything above is done is a natural wood: floors, ceilings and walls. Minimalist furniture and also minimal amounts; interior is very simple. Large windows provide beautiful views of the lake.
It’s amazing and makes us want to go there.
