It is the hard work of architecture studio Egue y Seta who managed to do it successfully with the layout in Barcelona , Spain.
This unique property was once the home of the old commercial, toy store, then went on to become an ultra – modern home. The architects left the essential wall, renovated facilities and warm materials combined as iroko and oak forest, with the other loft aesthetic , such as concrete, brick and galvanized metal sheets. Glass is a key ingredient in the reform , which directly affects the organization of space.
The design is modern, fresh, natural, full of light and some industrial touches and unusual details such as motorcycles entered in the house as an accessory. Privacy is not forgotten even though there is a lot of glass used.
